Our concierge team will review your request within 48 hours to ensure the items meet our eligibility criteria for unworn and unaltered bridal wear.
Secure Packaging
Once approved, print your prepaid shipping label and place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.
Refund Processing
After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus a standard restocking fee.
